awesome...some more stuff i never knew about both...well, it seems like the korg has the advantage to me now...been looking at some youtube vids and reading lots of things about both...yea, the yamaha is not really editable....you cant really make your own stuff out of it...while the korg...

hey, i just got this software and i'm having trouble with recording...i've been adjusting latency and buffer settings all day and nothing...running it on vista...i even look up how to strip vista down for audio recording and stripped it down...i'm running a laptop tho...that might be the issue...

ok...i'm recording an firewire interface into firewire pci card into my laptop....i'm using sonar 6 homestudio...running vista...audio input is set to the interface and the audio output is set to my speakers...when i record, it drops out...whats up with that...can anyone help...please...thanks...

is there any softwares from cakewalk thats compatible with vista yet?

i'm using cakewalk homestudio....i know it supports vst's and dx's.....even that cheap magix program i used before supported it...but yea...i read the manual and box before i looked into vst's...

ok....maybe, i am a newbie at work here but you guys need to make it easy for me to understand too...you see how things can be so misunderstanding...i'm not quick to judge...but ok..here's my issue....my recording sounds good but when i listen to it over and over or the next day, it seems like...

those will make my studio the best smelling...

did i not clearly state that i'm doing vocals and acoustic recordings...i need these plugins to help me out on th sound quality...i know it all depends on equipment too but i'm not in a great financial state right now...so i go to my last option and get plugins to help out.
