    Orchestra Libraries - Plugin or Multi Mics (or both) For Reverb

    When mixing multi-mic orchestra library instruments, are the room and ambient mics supposed to be the best approach to adding reverb, or do reverb plugins come into the mix? Is it common to only use the close mics then use reverb plugins to better match the rest of the mix?

    Pretty much done. I rearranged my monitors. The stacked monitors are ultrawides, and I'm learning the drums, so it's convenient to have the monitor by the drums which I can drag windows to.

    Thanks! That's not a bass trap to the right of the drumsticks, it's a 4ft wide glass av stand. I have the receiver for the floor speakers, the amp for the sub, and a few other things there. I've got four, floor to ceiling bass traps, one for each corner.
