I've been noticing a lot of tunes on the radio lately that have fairly somber themes, but are played up-tempo (No Doubt's stuff, for instance). Frankly, I love it, because it's kind of ironic to throw 'downer' lyrics on an up-tempo format. Which has made me wonder about a bigger question...is it...

Let me get this out of the way: I'm a rookie. Just bought a Korg D8 a coupla weeks ago and now I've gone and ordered a Zoom RhythmTrak 234 to lay down some drum/bass tracks. Unfortunately, I read elsewhere that there may be a problem syncing the MIDI's of these two wondertools. Not that I know...
