What is an easy way to build a click track in sonar?

My Sonar will not play MIDI anymore. It was working fine then it just stopped playing MIDI. All my audio files work fine. What do I do?

I am just getting into this recording scene. I currently am using Sonar with a Dell. Will an Apple computer give me anything more?

So I finanlly have a project close to completed. How can I burn my project onto a cd? We use NERO.

I am very new to home studio recording. I use Sonar. I want to lay down a basic drum track first then write my other instruments over top. I don't understand the drum map manager. I just want a basic kick snare high hat beat. Any suggestions?
