    Any one tried running a p-4 on windows 98

    I'm using a p-3 1gig with windows 98 ,512m ram, aardvarkq-10, cubase VST32, waves plugins, wavelab 4.0, and it all works great together. I can get about 20 tracks with a reverb and a couple of compressers, track eq ect.. I'm thinking of getting a new amd-64 or p-4 660 and running it on windows...

    Newbie getting started, what do I need?

    AC-30 really Cubase is a good program to start with. You should look for a used motu-828 mk II a very good quality unit. And oh ya do you really own an Origanal AC-30? I'd love to have that !
