ok soo for time being if my fantom x6 is connected via MIDI I/O where does the MIDI THRU go? in to microkorg?

issit possible to connect more than 1 MIDI instrument to the recording chain? i have a fantom x6 wich is connected to my soundcard via MIDI but i also have a micro korg wich i like the sounds of and want to use via MIDI, instead of keeping having to unplug the MIDI I/O out of the fantom x6 and...
