I have never had this happen but I would go to your audio folder and find the wav file in question and try replacing it, when it is outlined it usually means that X1 cannot find the file but it was there
With those programs they are inserting a 2 second gap, I believe you can change that with iTunes so it doesn't burn with a gap, but I am sure there are professional programs that let you modify that with each track
I personally like the harmonies being as present as they are in this song at least. And the vocals are much better, the S's are definitely fixed.
A couple things to maybe consider:

That's how I have been doing everything so far and it has given me so many opportunities. I have been exposed to so many different genres and have learned so much from just experimenting. It is really easy for me to find people because I am in college and so many people are musicians.
It sounds perfect to me, it sounds like you have a slip up on the guitar at :13 but its nothing big. I love this song, who is this so I can follow them and maybe buy this ep. Where did you record this?

I think it is very good, the harmonics on the guitar towards the beginning could be louder. The vocals also sometimes get covered up by the guitar during louder parts. But overall I think it sounds very good. Is this your own composition, if it is, it is very good also.
