Just scored a (NEAR MINT) Sony TC-730 Auto Reverse 4-Track Stereo Tape Recorder that actually works. Needed one of these for it's 1½ ips capability for some of my old reels. (part of my collection)

OWNED ONE JUST LIKE THIS BACK IN THE 60'S. Look at the shine on the power cable. This thing is definitely in near mint condition and it still works too. I was at Sun Studios a few years back and I was surprised to see one there also.

Yeah.. I'd like to do just that but first I need to get myself a real camera. Right now all that I have is my Boo Berry 9900 cell phone. I'll see if I can work it out for next month.
I did have to get inside it though to clean the pots cos they were a little stiff plus I replaced the two counter belts cos they were permanently frozen in an oblong shape from not ever being used.
