Ok so I've got no budget for my next release so I'm mixing the album myself.

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about having a marshall amp and logo in the background of an album cover. do i need to get permission and/or pay them etc?

I've just got rid of my mac and have built a PC/windows set up. I used to use garageband to record my drums realtime just using my fingers on the computer keyboard, then i'd quantise and edit any mistakes (saves times programming them).
Just wondering if anyone knows of any programms on windows...
Not sure if the snare is too loud, and maybe the vocals too much drive?

I'm trying to mix the next track I've been working on but I don't know where to start as there's a lot going on with all the synths/guitars/effects/vocals. I think this track could sound good with the right mix/master...
I'm about to send my tracks off to master but would just like some views on the mix before i do so. Mainly the level of the high-hats and vocals....but anything or suggestions to improve are welcome.
