Any luck? Just came across your post. i have a 16 channel Hill board, not very well marked but I think a Series 3 as well. Do you have a photo of yours I can see to compare? I'm still trying to track down a manual for mine as well.. john beaudoin

All Im trying to do is extract previously recorded material on the BR8 and ship it off to the computer. It was all recorded with traditional instruments (mic'ed guitars, drums, etc). My question is that when I hit "play", will any signal come out of the midi out on the BR8 if it wasnt true midi...
