Half Fast Forward Recording and Sound was started to record live music to multiple tracks on location in order to provide more detailed and mixable recordings than stereo audience, soundboard (stereo out), or "matrix" (mixes of audience and soundboard outs) for the bands that I perform with.

Evolving from the dual mono or stereo format to 6 inputs in 2005 (by acquiring the E-mu 1820 audio dock, Intel motherboard with 2.8 gig Pentium D processor, 2 gig matching Mushkin ram, & 7200 RPM drives) using Adobe Audition 2 was a nice introduction to multi-track recording in the PC based realm. In 2008 evolving again to 14 analog inputs (by adding a Behringer ADA8000) via optical I started to record & mix other bands performances as well.

I have been playing drums for 27 years and also sing, play guitar and am now becoming interested in playing bass as well. - Travis Hill
