actually, to me even bad advice is better then "get better" because if someone says "Try rolling off the highs a couple of dB in the 4k-6k range and pull back some of the lows in the 100Hz-300Hz range"......etc...etc....etc. and you do, and it sounds like magic ass, i'd be willing to bet...
