Retiring soon, the dream is to build up enough stuff to record a good song. 40 of 61 years I have had many dreams of doing things, none have come true for many obvious reasons. Now later in my life I have a vision, support of my wife and a far greater but more realistic imagination and a real chance of getting this done. Over the past 10+ years the subject of being a one-man band, creating a recording studio and what I could do with said studio has inspired me above nearly everything else in my life. So now I'm nearly done with cabling everything, seeing everything (almost everything) in Reaper 7 and finding vst sounds that inspire me. I have just about everything I need except for huge amount of learning curves for each part of this process, ei Analog, Midi, Daw, music theory/song composition.
