Just got my ensemble and could use a couple more channels.Is there any way to run the 8 channels of the ensemble and plug the apogee mic (since it has converters) via usb for 9 channels?If not they sure would sell alot more just so people could have a cheap way to up there i/o.
I was given a mint marantz pmd 570 solid state recorder that apparently records onto compact flash cards.I already own a apogee ensemble.I can connect the two via analog or spdif but im not shure besides transferring my recordings to flash what to use the solid state recorder for.Can anyone help...

I always use two different mics so there sound is different so when i pan them they tend to be a little more powerful and full sounding.Keep them both on the same cone for phasing issues.
