Might work the same as the Neo. Load a song you have mastered, then try pressing mixdown/mastering twice. Should be able to play the mastered track then.
Yep, Mickster is right - simple things first. I've had headphone bands make noises I thought was gear until I sussed what it was.
Also, I've read that poor quality SD cards can cause problems, so be sure to check with another card.
This thread on Another Forum may he helpful:

I don't think you would be able to judge the vocal against the music in real time whilst adding compression if you did that. I'd use an external compressor - this is what I do with the 2488 Neo that I have. I send the track out to the fx unit (TC Helicon VoiceLive rack, in this case) and back...
Interesting. A few years ago I bought a Sandisk SD card from Amazon to use with my Korg synth. It arrived in an envelope with no blister packaging. I didn't give it any thought at the time. However, it was the ONLY SD card I ever had a problem with, and I've got quite a few of them. Looked...

Mixdown:
Set the OUT point.
Press MIXDOWN/MASTERING button.
Press RECORD and PLAY.
The master track will be recorded and the transport will stop at the END...
Thanks very much for your reply. I am pretty up on MIDI, but if I have any problems I will take you up on your offer of help.
As for the DP-24...no pitch control either? I was aware of the limitations of the dynamics and fx, but this is a loss too far. I suppose it must be tricky to do that...
Thanks for your reply. I would never have thought of automating the settings that way. I assume this can be done with hardware sequencers/workstations as well as computers? I have no computer in my studio and want to try it on the Neo.
I don't understand the thinking in leaving scenes out on...
I am thinking of buying a DP-24 or DP-32 but the lack of scenes may be a problem for me. I have read the manual/s and searched online about this, but to no avail.
What I would like to know is whether or not all eq, pan, fx, fader settings for a song are saved with the song and then restored...
