I find that the drums sound a little too aggressive for what I am hearing in the rest of the song. I think they sound ok for the chorus parts but for the verses and such they sound a little much. Along those same lines, I find that the vocals sound a little buried which may have something to do...

Drums are really close to "Justice for all" especially that snare. Guitars sound good too. The kick is causing some compressor pumping which is a little distracting. may want to dial it down/decrease ratio

Really dig the intro guitar. Wish it lasted longer. The rest of the guitars sound good too. Drums nice and clear. Good job

Mic placement is crucial when recording this way. Experiment with different locations...closer to center = crisp and treble, towards edge=darker. Once you get a decent tone, you can the fine tune with some EQ. Also, use about 1/2 the gain you probably think sounds good to your ears.

Kick could probably be adjusted a little more for sure..just didn't want a clickity kick but maybe a volume cut would help a little. As far as the guitar tone, its a combo of 2 patches each left and right. One is more dark like the intro guitar and one is brighter. So 4 tracks total. All played...

Hey Jimi! Thanks for taking the time to listen. Yes there is bass and I blended it well, almost too well I guess. Didn't want a super distinctive Bass, more just low end. Have to do a remix this week so I will check and see if I can bring it out more. Thanks for the kind words!

The vocals and some of the tune itself reminds me of old old Pink Floyd...Like "See Emily Play". I do think the vocals start too far forward like other have said. Needs to blend a little better. I also think you may be using a little too much verb on everything...or maybe just the wrong verb...
