Happy 2000 I've heard that the Yamaha NS10's are good for monitoring....has anyone heard of the NS5X's....are they used for monitoring or are they your average speaker? Thanks lots!

Sound Dynamics is a Canadian company from the Toronto area. By the sounds of it I should keep what I have, and learn to compensate, rather than "morgage my life" for a set of "true" monitors. Great Forum. Thanks

I have come to the conclusion that the weakest link in my recording chain is my monitors (Sound Dynamics R-55). I need to hear what is going on tape. Does anyone have a few suggestions for someone on a limited budget(ie.$200.00). Any help would be great!
