Well I have been mixing live music on and off for over 35 years, consulted for systems in Theater, Dance Clubs, and Churches... I am mostly deaf in one ear (R) and musicians hearing in the other... I have recorded and produced a Commercial spot, and a PSA, And believe that A good soundman can get awesome sound from mediocre equipment, a mediocre soundman can't get good sound out of even top of the line equipment... AKA " the magic is in the person, not the tools"!
