I just purchased a Steinburg CI1 interface. It comes with phanthom power in both channels. I was wondering if I want to play guitar in one channel and use a condenser mike in the other can I use an external phanthom?

How about Krystal Audio Engine, KRISTAL Audio Engine I have been using it for about a month now, seems to work ok and it is easy.

Krystal Audio, very simple and have had good luck with it. recording mainly acoustic instruments and vocal.

Can anyone tell me the best way to clean the heads on this, and to get the scratchies out of the volume knob.

Next question, I have the wavemanager installed and tracks loaded in, How do I get them from the manager to my editor, I am using Kristal Audio Engine. I did some searching but I can't find what to do after they are in the manager.

MR8 hd/cd, I think I had it to close to my TV and killed the program, so I thought I could update to the new one.

I found the site for the downloads and the instructions but the cable plug in on the Fostex is different than any cable I have here. Just was wondering if it was a special cable.
