It's a song like, ya know, a song. I haven't shared it here before. Hope y'all enjoy it.

Best,

Kev-

Meet the Beatles....1964...
So what kind of guitar ya using?

Where'd that Tele ld guitar come from?... Same guitar I'd think, but sounded "newer".

When the BG vocals come in nice...but made the rest of the song sound empty.

Haunting moog sounding lead.. maybe out of place... not sure.

This was a weird one. I had a germ of it built around "Hush Tonight (all over the world)" ... and (not Beatles) obviously wandered from that. Stu plays guitar and contributed vocals an ebow. I wrote it as Stu and I worked on it.

You do know I released "Look" on my current compilation?

One of my most favorite collabs ever.

Ha!...no I didn't. Had a listen on your site... am I the lone whammy abuser on your stuff?? thx..it was fun. I hear the EZX Electronic too. Forgot about that. O love that kind of groove.... but never got into disco, that's for sure... well a couple selected ones.

I don't hear Herman anywhere...but those verse gtr chords sound like early Harrison on some jumbo Gretsch.

You're really using that B3 stuff a lot lately too. Or at least some kind of organ. Stay away from that Roland D50 patch or I'll smack ya!

Yeah...this is a fun tune. A total album IN THIS STYLE would be really nice.

That's sort of was the intention of naming the album "Retrospectful" ... as I peppered it with songs in this style. I've toyed with the idea of redoing a whole collection of retro style writing. If I ever get around to putting a band together ...

K-dub, pretty cool tune. I liked it, the retro thing, really is kind of cool.:thumbs up:

Yeah ... the songs on the "New & Improved!" Bandcamp page are self mastered at moment, but I'm having the collection professionally polished.

Really good....like Roy Orbison meets the Beatles vibe...loved the bass guitar, mind sharing what you used? Great job!

Back in the 80's I used to rep for a company called "Quest" ... and I used the salesman's sample that was given to me. I retrofitted it with Fender pickups though. The instrument itself plays really well ...

The harmonies are cool. I liked that a lot. Vocals sounds great in general. Drums sound good. Bass sounds good.

I liked the guitar on the left side. Too much reverb on it for my tastes.

Some pops on the right side between :44 and :48. A couple more around 1:30.
