It's from a comic I read in the 70s called "E-man" and the Entropy twins were these two lovers that wreaked havoc and destruction so E-man did something or other to them, maybe he reversed their polarity {ha ha, keeping it musical studio-ish here !} so that they couldn't ever come together again for if they did, they'd obliterate each other. Brother Rat's question reminded me of that.
In the end though, E~man got soft and returned them to normal, to which his woman, Nova, ended the sory by saying "Love that man ! ".
Why do these daft things stick in my mind ? :facepalm:

But it turns out they weren't brother and sister. They were called twins because they had identical destructive powers.

Which reminds me of a sketch I saw in a comedy once. This woman was haranguing her man/boyfriend/husband about how shallow he was. "You never say anthing deep and meaningful to me. You never try to romance me into bed. With you it's all just 'get 'em off, baby, let's leather it !'. How's about you say something deep and full of real meaning ?" to which he replied "Entropy". :facepalm:
