need help writing

hi everyone, i need help ,someone give me some advice, i like to write metal , so i use mostly powerchords which should be easier but nope, i still suk at this, i mean i go to my freinds house and ge writes like 3 songs in an hour i cant even write a descent one that doesnt sound like someone else's song i appreciate any help thank you

so you want someone to write a song *for* you? post what you've got done already and i might be able to give you a few pointers.

PRactic, practice, practice. Keep trying to write songs until you get good at it. And don't second guess yourself too much. It's easy to decide good songs are terrible just because you thought about them too much. By the same token, analyze your songs enough that you can pick out the ones that are authentically bad.
