Walls for jam/recording space

I thought I'd ask for opinions about how much isolation this kind of construction would offer. It's in my basement (poured walls) and will be using it for a space to jam/record for a rock group. At this point there will only be 2 rooms and a bathroom.

I'm looking to stud in the walls using 92mm (3.68") steel and covering using 1/4" plywood or OSB and 5/8" sheet rock with a layer of green glue in between on both sides for the interior walls. I've heard good things about Ultra Touch insulation so I'm leaning that way, plus there is a distibuter about 20 minutes drive from my house. I'll probably do the ceiling the same way (1 layer OSB, green glue and Sheet rock) except it will be suspended using iso clips and hat channel. All the seams will be sealed. The floor will most likely be laminate floor with underlay.

I've checked the SAE site STC charts, but none of them mention green glue or plywood/OSB.

Thoughts?
