Hello. I have a room that is approx. 25 feet by 25 feet in size. It is carpeted and fully finsished. i am working with 2 monitors only,,,for now. Rigfht now its empty and it is very hollow and echoey. what us the best way to reduce sound echoe without treating the entire space. one half of the room is where my tv and home studio will be. the other half is where the recording equioment will be. FYI there is a square column in the middle. Thank you

thanks. I am having a killer time finding any of the right kind of Owens 703 rigid fiberglass. I see a site ATS acoustics that looks pretty reasonable if I am forced to order it. I live in MD and would much be a able to go pick it up. Can you recommend a link with a DIY instructional?
