Well im recording my band and today we started a song that changes the tempo from 153 to 142 and then back to 153 bpm, the problem is that i dont know how to do it 
Im working with Protools LE 7.3.
Can anyone please tell me how to do it, we are going to record the song again i need to know how to do it
