Hi all! I am trying to record vocals using a Zoom H4n. When I record onto the device's SD card storage, the audio quality is good. However, when I record using USB mode into Audacity or FL Studio 12 it sounds flat and distorted. I am using the same settings on the device for the two different kinds of recording.
I am wondering, is a way of improving the quality of recording directly into the computer so that it is as good as the quality of recordings onto the device storage? Or is this simply a limitation of the USB Mic setup?
