splitting a line level signal

Hi there,
looking for ways to split a line level output (main out from mixer) to several (like maybe 4) different amps/headphone amp/etc.

i could use RCA or 1/4inch splitter, adapt to what i need with my little box of adaptors

i just want to get a nice clean signal to all my gadgets at once.

I do the job correctly, (considering impedance loads,) what you want to search for is called a "line distribution amp." It would be something like this...

For four outputs I would use a splitter cable. For a dozen outputs I would think about a distribution amp. For eight outputs, I could go either way.
