Ok I have em plugged in together, and I can record and playback and I can handle sending the midi data, and changing midi channels on the tracks on the synthesizer,
buuuuttt,
I can't figure out how to play back the sequences stuff using the rd-700sx as a sound module, so that the various channels are playing individual tracks, with different voices (different instruments).
I am starting to worry that it is a limitation of the keyboard. I realize you can split the keyboard and asign different instruments to different parts, but I want to record four tracks onto the sequencer, different parts and different instruments,
then play it back all at once, using the keyboard to play back all of the parts at the same time.
I am sure that for those of you who are good with this it is obvious I am overcomplicating this, btu I am just swinging in the dark here,
anyone can help? I really would appreciate it.
