Does anyone have any information on where I might obtain a recording worksheet? I'd like to have a worksheet that allowed me to track changes I've made to each channel, the timeline, effects on channels...etc. Is there such a beast?

That's usually indeginious to each studio, who develops their own system of keeping track of info..You could get one and it made no sense to you...you're better of creating one for yourself.

Some basic items are something like this


Track Name Mic Used Mic Position Date Recorded Scratch Track (Yes, No)

and that's just for tracking..mixing can be another animal.
