Problem with Audiobox USB 96

So I have run into an issue. I am using Studio One 4 and have the full setup but am having trouble with recording audio. Once I switch on my 48v, Universal Controller no longer recognizes my Audiobox and though I can hear that my mic is engaged, it is not registering in Studio One.

I have recorded in the past but it is like it picks and chooses when it wants to register my product. My products are all licensed and registered as well as up to date. Any suggestions as to how to get back to recording my audio?

Have you tried turning the computer off, turning the audio box and 48v on, then booting up with the audiobox already on?
