Microphone Applications - please help !

Hi guys! It's my first post here on homerecording.com , and it will be about where i should use my microphones...

I don't have expensive mic's, but some vintage good ones..

So here are my mics:

Audio-Technica AT4040
Sennheiser MD 419 (PAIR)
AKG D3700S
Bardl DSF-8P (a cheap drum kit, but I use drumagog)
Fame MS112
Fame MS1800S (6 mics)
Fame Studio C05
ElectroVoice MC150 (PAIR)
Shure Prologue 10H
Sennheiser e815
GM55 (unknown brand)

So, my doubt is, where and when should I use them.. I am actually using:

Acoustic Guitar: Audio-Technica AT4040 on sound hole and Fame C05 on fingerboard;
Electro-Acoustic Guitar: The same mics on the acoustic and the guitar's jack output;
Drums: The cheap drum kit, but i always use drumagog ;
Electric Guitar Amps: Sennheiser MD419 and Audio-technica AT4040 (and a final mix of the two in the DAW);
Hammond Organ: Maybe a surprise, I get a stunning sound with a Fame MS112 on the bass cabinet and a Shure Prologue 10L on the mid-high cabinet;
Bass amps: I don't usually mic bass amps, but when i do i use the fame ms112 or the cheap kick microphone and then i do a final mix of the two...

Just a quick correction: final mix of the two in bass amps means mix of mic and balanced preamp output . Thanks again
