As mentioned above I am a complete beginner
I am using Autotune VST plugin with audacity
I just wanted to see what kind of effect autotune can have on my voice
If I'm not mistaken a sample effect that it can produce is demonstrated in this video

As I mentioned I have no idea of what kind of effect the autotune filters have on the voice so I just recorded a sample of my voice in audacity and changed random settings in autotune's interface, but no matter what I do, it does not seem to produce any audible effect in the sound
I can see that it is doing something, by looking at the graph in audicity
but when I listen to it it doesn't sound ANY different at all
If I want to make my voice sound better using audacity what should I do?
It doesn't help that I don't understand what pitch correction exactly does to a recording
I recorded my self singing "Do Re Mi Fa" and tried randomly changing autotune settings but it doesn't do anything
Any ideas on how I should get started learning to use it?
