The timing sounds like it is off somewhere. Maybe your tracks aren't lined up. The instruments are all there and the balance is good. If it were me I would try and reduce some of the fuzz on the guitar and up the kick and eq some highs into the bass... Rocks!
 
Nice chord progression. Tighten up the mix, get some vocals going and you got a great track!
 
Yup, timing, cleanup. Kick gets muffled, guitar is over powering, and it sounds like your in the red. Other than that, it sounds brilliant.
