"Twilight Rain"

I'm not really a fan of the rain sound effects, but the song sounded great.

thanks for checking this one out, cuz it's a bit different..

the rain, was just real rain recorded out the back door.
it seemed mandatory, given the lyrical content.
heheh

i once had a full band version of this,
but it ended up sounding like an eric johnson throw away LOL,
so i found a very personal version of it in this one.
 
Dude, nice sound. Gave me a strong feeling of yes. Nice vocals. I will be honest, and it is probably my expectations here, but I was waiting for it to get into gear then come back to the opening. It never felt like it really took off. After the first line, I was expecting this bass drive jazzy offbeat speed up. Just projecting.

But it does sound really good.

funny you mention that you expected it to ramp up....
like i said to ocnor, the original version of it was kinda like that...
but you know, to me, it just seemed so......... obvious.

i really wanted the song to be different, and introspective, so i kept it totally laid back the whole way thru....

i don't know, it was kind of an experiment, but in my head, that's really how i hear it.....
