Hey guys - this is a reggae-inspired pop song inspired by two things:
1) Needed a vehicle to record my new bass (one week of bass playing experience with the help of "Bass Playing for Dummies" lol)
2) Some of the discussions I've had in the musician forum concerning religion and politics and how some people are can be so combative with each other
I'm looking to remix soon and would like any feedback on this mix or the song in general.
Collaboration Prospect? The chorus 'second' voice would be ideal for a contributor (hint, hint -any volunteers?). It admittedly sounds a bit dorky with me singing underneath me. I would envision a soulful male or female singer having fun with the 'ad-lib' lines underneath my straight pop approach.....
