How does this sound for Metallica style Metal

Hey guys,
Looking for feedback on this thrash metal track, I'm going for a Metallica/Megadeath sound. If your not familiar with those bands heres some examples of their work.

So basically I just want to know, am I close to the sound I'm going for. To me it sounds close, but I'd like some other opinions. And if its not close in sound, what specifically is it that sounds better on the professionally recorded tracks?

This sound remainds Metallica's tone - but from the early albums like "Kill 'em All". But the music - not exactly ;) And where is a guitar solo? :)
 
It's close. The riff your playing is reminisent of their older stuff. Metallica had more grunt(lower end) in their guitar though and the bass wasn't as distinctive on most songs as you have it. It usually just filled in the lower registers of what the guitar was playing(there are exceptions though). Once Cliff Burton passed and Newstead came on, the bass started disappearing more and more into the mix.
