Devils in Disguise

I listened to the first song "devil in disguise"--Good song-Nice vocals--they remind me of someone "the final countdown"?? maybe?? The playing and singing all sound well done-no complaints there---Something about the mix is bothering me though---did you do any "mastering" to this? It sounds a little hyped in the highs overall-missing a little bit of ass--and maybe missing a little dynamics....I'm no expert--just sounds like its missing a bit of warmth to me---but as I said good song and good performances----wheres the shredding guitar solo?? Also-what kind of reverbs did you use-I mean what kind of spaces? it sounds like a chamber or plate on some of the stuff---eg. snare....
