Right off the bat, I'd have to say too much bass.

The acoustic guitars sound real thin. They sound more like a scratchy noise effect than an acoustic guitar. I'd experiment with mic positioning here. Maybe either two SDC's in XY or a SDC pointed a the 12th fret and a LDC pointed off center of the sound hole about a foot or so away.

Bring the vocals out more I can't hear them at all. Maybe if you get the bass thing fixed, the vocals will sound better.

Nice song though. Nice voice from what I can hear.

I think it sounds pretty good. The guitar has a Gibson flattop character to it. I think that just an artistic call. I think it's fine. The bass sounds pretty good here on my Mackie monitors.
