80s hardcore throwback trax -- please comment!

Hi..
So I just recorded a band in the Minor Threat/Gorilla Biscuits/etc early to mid 80s hardcore vein. This was my first chance to use my newly acquired Sytek pres with a full band, and I'm really happy with how stuff's turning out so far.
Figured I'd post the current mix(es) here and pander for feedback, posi or neg!

We tracked drums and one guitar together, then doubled the gits and added bass and vox individually. 81s for OHs , beyer 201 on the snare, m88 on the kick (I really like the balance of kick and click we got here; i think it suits the genre well), senn 421 on the floor tom. gits were recorded with a 57, bass with an akg d112, vox with the m88. Everything tracked into Sonar through an Aardvark q10. Also ran the 2 trk mix through some Isotope "mastering" plugins.

Depression sounds pretty good Bryin. No nits from me. It's nice to use/experiment with new stuff I agree Congrats on a god job!

I'm getting old as it scared the crap out of me when it started, but after the initial shock I found a well mixed very hard metal tune. Good job.
