How to get this vocal sound?

Hey guys, need a bit of help. Until recently I didn't record or mix any material except my own but my buddy is asking me to help him with a song. He wants his female singer's vocals to sound like the vocals in this song attached.

Any idea what plug-ins/effects their using for the kind of robotic/autotune sounding parts and how I can get it/do it? I'm working with Pro Tools.

Yea, that's what I thought as well.

AutoTune or some sort of Vocodor/Pitch Correction with some nice Reverb, Compression, etc
