Cheap 8 channel mixer?

anyone know of a good 8 channel mixer? I have a Terratec EWS88MT soundcard with 8 mono ins, and I would like to get a board with 8 XLR & 1/4 inch inputs for mics and guitars, etc, and I need one that has a 1/4 inch output (or RCA outs) for EACH channel as well, not just one auxillary out...because I need to plug my mics into something that has a preamp, plus the adapters for my mic cords are expensive, so if i get a board, i can plug the XLR cables directly into the mixer, and then the outs directly into my soundcard ins....it would be nice if it has phantom power too.....any reccomendations that have what I am looking for?

that one looks cool but it doesnt have an output for each channel, just one stereo out.....and send and return. send doesnt literally send the sound out like an output does it? I dont think so, but I know nothing about mixers.

The Mackie 1402 only has 6 inserts coupled with 6 XLR inputs.
