Any ideas on good and cheap Effect processor?

I have a mixer Behringer MX602A.. it works great but im thinking of getting an effect processor...

Whats a cheap and best effect processor that would go with my little 6-channel mixer setup...

Is there effect processor with multiple inpute and outputs (like 2 or 4 inputs and 2 or 4 outputs) with the capability of selecting different effects on different inputs? (or do i have to buy different effect processors?)..

Looking forward for a suggestion.. thanks

Thanx for the advice.. the plugins idea is cool too.. the Kawai RV4 looks cool and actually thats the kind of effect processor im looking for.. any more suggestions are welcomed..
