Sounds fair - whose YT site will it go under and who gets the ad revenue?
This sounds more like a plea for someone to do backing tracks.
Are you paying for these backing tracks with a contract that allows you to post them without recourse except flat fee?
At my age I don't do anything for free and so I just like to check details. I don't do it for exposure anymore.

so let's see if I have this correct, you will do a vocal, you want someone else to write the arrangement, record it, mix it, produce it, and master it and send it back to you to post on you tube to get views? idol asked very good questions. what you are asking is at the least very time consuming.
