Here's an email my friend received - they want $ 295.00 for a licensing agreement. I'm not sure if that guarantees you get on the CD but I would hope so.

Comments/Anyone Ever Deal with them?

I also have included a sample copy of the non-exclusive licensing agreement for you to review which outlines royalty payout structure, distribution, and other details. Any time it involves money I would be sceptical. I have never heard of nor dealt with them. Don't know if this applies or not but you may try the BBB. It's a long shot but might be an avenue to travel. What is the money for? Can they provide any information on themselves that can be proved? Good luck.

Man people on myspace do stuff like that ALLLLLL the time... Offer you spots on USELESS mixtapes (that REALLY get released) but won't sell. And they try to get you to pay for SPOTS on the mixtape. Ill pay for a spot on a professional artist CD... but not a lame ass myspace one with a drive to succeed thats a 1/100 of mine.
