Well executed. Nice kick, liked the sample choices.
On the second track the end of the string sample seems to cut off a little abruptly, leaving a little gap, almost like the loop should have been slightly longer, it doesn't sound so bad once the song gets started, but it grates a little. Now, I may be showing my ignorance of your genre (I did cowrite and play with a hip-hop band, but that was many moons ago.) but there's a kind of sub sonic thing going on. I've heard it added to the kick before, but it seems to sustain too long, or at least have changes in pitch to match the chords of the track. At first I thought it was my washing machine playing up in the background (no offence meant, but I honestly did).
but the songs are good. It would be good with some female backing vox in the background in the chorus, or like call and response during the later verses just to add a little more interest. But yeah, it's pretty good.
