Which USB audio interface do you guys recommend?

Hi guys I love the help from the people on this forum. I plan on using 2 mxl990 mics to record 4 voices 2 on each microphone and I am going to connect this to a computer or laptop with USB 2.0. I was wondering what do you guys suggest for me to get? I have a budget of 150 for the audio interface. Also would I be getting the sound from the Interface or the sound from my computer since its going to be a USB interface?

Alright the only thing I am not sure about is how to connect all of these devices. I know Im going to need xlr cables for hte mic to interface and probably 1/4 to 1/4 male to male trs to connect interface to amp right? and from tehre its the headphoens into the amps slots. Am I getting this concept right?
 
You'll get the sound from the interface. It has two 1/4" outs you can connect to the headphone amp. Then you can connect 4 sets of headphones to the headphone amp. So yeah, I think you have this right.
