I've recently purchased E-mu's Emulator X desktop system, and ALMOST everything is looking pretty sweet so far.
Except for 2 problems that I have with my Patchmix software and E-mu FX:
Problem #1: I can use any kind of effect without any problems, except for the DELAY and REVERB.
Core effect, effect preset, it doesn't matter, it there's a delay or reverb in it, I'm having a lot of clicks crackles and pops!
Problem #2: Once I use an effect, be it core or preset, a lot of the presets get grayed out...why is this? Is is so that when you use a core on one, it can't be used on another strip?
For that matter, there are even some presets that I can't acces, even if I've removed all the insert FX!
I'm running a P4 @ 3ghz with 1024mb RAM, no internet, no antivirus, no games.
I've updated my Patchmix software AND the drivers to the latest versions.
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, old drivers, new drivers...it still doesn't work!!!
Can somebody please help me?
