I suppose now with analog vs. digital mixers that TASCAM seems like it's from the Ice Age but you'd be better off buying a 8x2 or 16x4 Mackie.

I have a Mackie 24X4 VLZ Pro that I like a lot. The board seems warm and the EQs are fine as long as you keep the levels up. (I do have rack EQs too though.) I don't remeber what I paid for it three years ago but I haven't regretted buying it. jmho,Dave.
