Tascam PortaOne Problem....Belts!

Hi there.

I got a Tascam PortaOne the other day and it lights up and everything but it won't play, rewind, or fast forward the tapes. So I opened up the back and found one of the belts completely removed and laying around. Below is a picture of what I found inside, I was hoping somebody could tell me exactly how to put this thing back on. Maybe you could describe it to me or send me a picture of how it's supposed to look. Anything will help! Thanks!

Out of the picture, higher up, is another wheel that I believe part of the belt goes too. I just didn't get it in the photo. I looked online but couldn't find any belt diagrams or anything like that. I even checked out the Service Manual and there was nothing! The belt itself looks like it's in good condition. It doesn't look worn out or anything.
