Tascam 58--no playback from Sync on 1 track

I would replace both on every card, but that's the way I do things.

To me it's not the cost but long-term functionality and prevention of duplication of work.

I would check the orig P/N and the one on your relay. May be the same w/an upgrade, etc.
 
I found a guy selling these:

G5V-2 24V DPDT

Just so I don't end up spending the money in vain, could you share your wisdom and tell me whether they would work on my 58?

I know these work on the MS 16, 'cause a guy used them on another thread. Do you know whether the MS16 shares the same relays with the 58? I've found contradictory info in this particular regard.

Another very kind member just confirmed the MS16 and the 58 share the same cards. So I'm gonna buy the relays!!!! Will keep you updated. Many thanks
 
The boards do have the same P/N.

I was not sure if the relay number you stated is the same as what Tascam shows as the applicable part for them.

But apparently you determined that which is good.

If they work maybe I should buy a few!!!
